Mumbai's housing societies range from decades-old buildings to new high-rises, but they all answer to the same Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. We keep their accounts, audits, TDS and tax filings accurate and on time.
Many Mumbai societies carry years of history in their books: old arrears, incomplete records, unresolved audit remarks and accounting done differently by each previous accountant. Newer high-rises face the opposite problem, with large budgets, many vendors and TDS obligations from day one.
Shreedeep Solutions works with housing societies across Mumbai to set the books right and keep them that way. We take over records from your previous accountant, verify opening balances and member dues, and then handle billing, accounting, reconciliation, TDS and the society's income tax return every year.
Our office in Airoli is just across the bridge from Mulund, so societies in the eastern suburbs are especially close, and we coordinate with societies across the city by phone and WhatsApp. Check upcoming due dates on our compliance calendar.
