From large gated complexes along Ghodbunder Road to established societies in Thane West and Kopri, we handle billing, accounts, statutory audit and every compliance deadline so your managing committee doesn't have to.
Thane has some of the largest housing complexes in the Mumbai region, with multiple wings, commercial shops, sinking and repair funds, and hundreds of member ledgers. As a society grows, so does the risk of pending arrears, unreconciled bank entries and audit objections that carry over year after year.
Shreedeep Solutions works with housing societies across Thane to bring order to that complexity. We generate maintenance bills on time, keep member-wise ledgers with arrears and interest accurate, reconcile every bank and cash entry, and prepare year-end statements that are ready for audit.
When the statutory audit is done, we help your committee respond to audit remarks and prepare the Form O rectification report, so the same objections don't come back next year. Track every deadline on our compliance calendar.
